Florida born & raised. 

Chris has been a resident of Southwest Florida his whole life. His intimate knowledge and love for the region fuel his passion to find you a home that he would proudly call his own.

Chris, his wife Francis, his daughter Emilia, and their golden retriever Coco reside in the Lakewood Ranch area and love experiencing what their community has to offer. Whether that be boating, trying out a new restaurant, or simply walking the downtown shops, they truly love the area and can not wait to welcome you!
